Terms of Sale

These terms cover the sale of the digital books The Architect's Eye and The Home Rulebook, sold separately or together as The Complete Collection, by SIXTEEN NINE MEDIA LLC ("we", "us"). By buying or downloading either book you agree to them.
What you are buying
One or two digital books in PDF format, delivered as a download after payment. There is no physical product and nothing will be posted to you.
Your licence
The books are for your personal use. You may read them on your own devices and print copies for your own household. You may not resell them, share the files publicly, upload them anywhere, or reproduce parts of them in your own products without written permission.
Payment and delivery
Payment is handled by Gumroad, and their terms apply to the transaction itself. The download link is sent to the email address you give at checkout. If it does not arrive, check the spam folder and then write to us at lambdodson77026@gmail.com and we will send it directly.
Decorating information, not professional advice
These books describe decorating and styling methods. Surfaces, materials, finishes and homes differ, so test paint and any product on a small hidden area first. Work involving electrics, gas, plumbing or structure should be carried out by a licensed trade, and rented properties have their own rules about what may be changed. Prices quoted in the books indicate order of magnitude only. Nothing in them is a substitute for professional advice, and you follow it at your own discretion.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the book is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
