Refund Policy

If the books are not for you, you get your money back. There is no form and no explanation needed.

Seven days

Write to lambdodson77026@gmail.com within seven days of your purchase, from the email address you bought with, and ask for a refund. We will process it and you should see the money back on your card within a few working days, depending on your bank.

Why we do it this way

A digital book cannot be sent back, so a refund policy is either a promise or it is nothing. This one is a promise. Read them, try six of the steps, and if they have not paid for themselves, ask.

What we ask of you

Only that you stop using the books and delete your copies once the refund is made. Nothing else.

Problems that are not refunds

If the download did not arrive, or the file will not open, write to us first. That is usually fixed in a few minutes and you keep the book.
